Very clean and well kept property. Jesse goes above and beyond with his customer service. Absolutely the best I've ever had was from him! But their staff are impossible to contact from 1pm - 3pm daily, and requesting a call back with their call center was a waste of time. If you avoid weekends you can usually get service quick, and they always treat you respectfully and professionally. But if you need assistance on weekends they're very busy and you're probably going to be there awhile. All in all I'd definitely recommend them. But they should cover the office all hours they're open, in my opinion. Other than that I'm very happy with Budget Mini Storage.
