We've had our unit for several months now, and the security is great. The folks that run the office are nice and although the rent went up a bit, it is still reasonable. And now the rest of our storage is coming to roost. We now have 2 large units, and Kathleen, the office manager, has been outstanding! We were able to change the 2nd unit to closer to the 1st unit, making our rearranging life much easier. Kathleen is a great asset to Budget Mini Storage!

The staff here were so patient with me getting a last minute lease. I needed another, smaller unit, to accommodate the over flow as I had calculated incorrectly how much space I needed. Anyway, it all worked out great with their help and I thank them very much. Awesome experience during my moving crisis!
